The ability development model involves 30 soft skill performance areas comprising 262 course tutorials and sixty baseline and final skill knowledge assessments.
Each course tutorial has been designed around the principles of Kolb’s Learning Cycle, where the emphasis is on transferring knowledge gained into tangible, work-based actions. Each course can be customised to meet specific needs.
