We combine Western expertise with our Asian experience in how we work with clients. Our team includes lead consultant, Heidi Adick, local and overseas consultants with whom we work with on a regular basis, and our operational support team in Hong Kong, known for their reliability and commitment to service excellence.

Heidi works actively with executives and senior managers as a Certified Coach (International Coaching Federation Associate) on matters relating to people development, organisational culture, leadership and succession.

Her programmes and team coaching has lead her to work with clients from recognised organisations such as Bosch, Century Link, CLP, Crocs, Daiwa Securities, Fresenius, Hitachi, Panasonic, Thales, and many more.

Our international network of experts include consultants from the USA, Canada, Australia and the UK who specialise in Organisational Development, Management, Communication, Quality & Process Improvement, Project Management, Customer Service, Performance Management & Development. Our programmes can be delivered in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
