The Executive Coach enables you to set your own goals and work towards them. Coaching sessions use objective feedback to drive your thought processes forward and increase your ability to sustain change. Being able to speak to someone who has no background, no agenda and can stay impartial to the issue being discussed is a huge benefit for many Executives. All discussions are completely confidential. There is no obligation for follow-up – the Executive is free to pursue their outcomes on their own.
