Disc is a tool used to combine and analyse the individual DISC styles of your team members. Measure the pulse of your team, and provide a deeper understanding on how everyone’s personality style affects the group communication and workstyle. It also provides recommendations for enhanced performance.
This course guides participants to a clearer understanding of different individual styles and how to work smarter with others.
Each participant will receive a personal profile report prior to the course utilising the DISC behavioural model. Through interactive exercises, participants gain deeper insights into their own behaviour and the behaviours of others in a variety of situations, and learn how to adjust individual behaviours to improve both personal and team effectiveness.
