AI for Business: Empowering Professionals

As Generative AI becomes a rapidly evolving, widely accessible technology, employees must adapt to new skills (such as prompt writing, contextualization, and data-driven decision making) that Gen AI demands. Gen AI and automation will continue to reshape roles, so that employees will also need strong cognitive, strategic thinking and social and emotional skills to handle more complex tasks that complement AI. Furthermore, companies will need tech-adjacent roles to manage the governance, operational, HR, and legal aspects of AI.

In this 1-day course on AI for Business: Empowering Professionals, we’ll go beyond the hype and look at the practical side of Gen AI and its opportunities for employees and managers. We’ll address mindsets and behaviours from different perspectives across different roles/functions. And we’ll explore what is needed to achieve a true transformation of processes and functions to adjust to the integration of Gen AI.
